Kawana Indoor Sports is the largest indoor sporting facility on the Sunshine Coast. With three courts
suited to soccer, netball and cricket, and a fourth for rebound beach volleyball – no matter your

INDOOR CRICKET – JUNIORS
Kawana Indoor Sports offers an exciting indoor cricket experience for players of most ages and skill levels.
Juniors (8-11):
Starts Competition started May 22 and runs for 8 weeks plus finals (mid season break for June/July school holidays)
Games held: Friday nights 5.30-7pm
Game length: 60-75 minutes
Cost: $50 registration fee (includes team shirt) and then $10 per player per week.
Ages: 8-11 (mixed ie. boys and girls)
Equipment needed: Box (protector), batting gloves, wooden bat
A bar will be open for parents each night
Juniors (12+):
Games are held: Tuesday afternoons during school term from 4pm
Game length: 45 minutes
Cost: $12 per player
Ages: 12-13 mixed (boys and girls). Please note: some cricket experience is required
Equipment needed: Box (protector), batting gloves, bat

INDOOR CRICKET – SENIORS
Adults (mens):
8 a side: Monday Nights, starting 27th July. No team needed, just show up at 6pm and we’ll put you in a team!
6 a side: Wednesday Nights
Game length: 45-60 minutes between 5.30-9pm
Cost: $18 per player
Equipment needed: Box (protector), batting gloves, bat
Divisions: A and B now playing on Wednesday nights
Court hire is also available if you want to come in and organise your own game.
Indoor soccer
Kawana Indoor Sports offers an exciting indoor soccer experience for players of most ages and skill levels. The soccer played utilises the nets for rebound purposes, making it a fast and exciting game.
Adults:
4 a side (plus subs): Mens and Mixed on Thursday nights
Game length: 40 minutes between 5.30-9pm
Cost: $85 per team
Double court futsal (6 a side plus reserves): Tuesday Nights
Game length: 35 minutes between 6.30-9pm
Cost: $17 per player
Juniors:
4 week FREE mini season will run Tuesday afternoons starting 18th August.
Format: 5 a side (plus subs), mixed (boys and girls)
Ages: u9, u11, u13, u15
Game details: 30 minute games, Tuesdays 3.40pm, 4.15pm, 4.50pm. Games times will be allocated weekly and is dependent on the number of teams that register.
Individual and team registrations are welcome.
Then full 8 week season will be held Tuesday afternoons in Term 4. Cost $100 per player. No Play On vouchers accepted, sorry!

INDOOR beach volleyball
Kawana Indoor Sports offers an exciting indoor beach volleyball experience for players of most ages and skill levels. The volleyball played utilises the nets for rebound purposes, making it a fast and exciting game.
Adults:
Monday: Pairs social ($10) - currently on hiatus
Tuesday: Mixed 4's
Wednesday: Mixed 4's
Game length: 45 minutes between 5.30-9pm
Cost: $15 per player
Juniors:

INDOOR netball
Seniors
Kawana Indoor Sports offers an exciting indoor netball experience for players of most ages and skill levels. The netball played utilises the nets for rebound purposes, making it a fast and exciting game.
Adults:
7 a side (plus reserves): Ladies Monday nights (A & B grade) and Mixed on Thursday nights
Game length: 45 minutes between 5.30-9pm (NB last game will be finished by 9pm)
Cost: $16 per player, minimum 7 players per team
Indoor Netball
Juniors
Starts Thursday 15th October and runs for 8 weeks.
Mondays (starts 19th October): Under 9’s
Thursdays: Under 11’s
Fridays: Under 13′ & 15’s (in seperate comps)
7 a side (plus reserves)
Game length: 30 minutes, game times are 3.40pm, 4.15pm, 4.50pm. Game times will be assigned each week. The competition is open to both girls and boys.
Cost: $100 for the 8 week season, paid upfront. Bibs are provided but teams are welcome to bring their own.
Team registrations: The person who registers a team will then have access to a portal where they can send a link to other team members for them to register
Individual registrations: If you register a child without a team, we will put your child in a team

All players must have played netball at a club level previously as no coaching is provided.

Game length: 30 minutes between 5.30pm-8pm
Cost: $16 per player
Divisions: A and B divisions coming

Meet Our Team
Kawana Indoor Sports was originally purchased in 2004 by siblings Viv, Rob and Shayne. It was then passed on to Jeff who owned it for a few years before Jesse & Daniel bought the business at the end of 2025. Jesse and Daniel are both Sunshine Coast residents and health professionals who are passionate about sport. They know how important physical activity is for keeping the body strong and the mind well. Jesse and Daniel are looking forward to meeting you and being part of the Kawana Indoor Sports community.
